What is confirmation of reservation? – When you fill booking form on our website you will receive the message that your reservation is in process. After processing the reservation you will receive status of your reservation. Confirmation e-mail is only confirmation for your reservation and you will receive it in maximum 24 hours.
I fill all details at booking form, but i didn’t receive confirmation e-mail? – Carefully check that you fill our booking form with correct e-mail and details. Also check your spam and junk folder at e-mail box. Confirmation e-mail comes usually in 24 hours from filling booking form.
Can I use transfer without voucher? – You can use transfer service without voucher, but you have to got some valid identification with you. If you lose your voucher our support can you provide new one.
Is there any insurance during the transfer? – All our passengers are insured with insurance company but our recommendation is to have extra insurance for whole trip.
- Booking procedure
How to make booking? – Completely booking you can do using booking form on website transfer.hr. After you choose locations to pick you up and drop you off, choose the date and number of persons, system will show you price for one way transfer and price for transfer with return. Contact us if your destinations are not listed and we will send you direct quote.
When is best time for make booking? – Booking in advance is only guarantee for availability, because then your vehicle is reserved for you. Booking few moments before transfer depends of availability of the vehicle.
What type of the vehicle will wait for me? – In booking form, when you insert number of passengers, we will choose proper vehicle size for you and your luggage. All vehicles are air conditioned and newly date of produce.
Where I will meet my driver? – Driver will come at agreed location and wait for you with holding your name on tag. If location is at the airport we will wait at arrivals exit.
Which route driver will use for my transfer? – We always use best route which is shortest and wasting less time. In summer time when is the season in Croatia it is more traffic on the roads and driver will try find best way to avoid traffic jams.
If my flight is delayed, will driver wait for me? – When you book transfer we takes your flight number and if the flight is delayed we will wait for you free of charge.
Why my credit card is declined? – Problems with your credit card could be: you put wrong number of credit card, expiry date of credit card is not valid and that your credit card limit is reached.
Do I have to be owner of credit card for make reservation? – You don’t have to be owner of the credit card but you have to got permission of owner.

Can I organize transfer for disabled people? – Just notify us on time that we can provide proper vehicle and we will organized it.
How can I travel with children? – In booking form fill how many child seats you need and it will wait for you in the car at the day of transfer.
Is it allowed to smoke in the vehicle? – Smoking in the vehicle is forbidden.
What if my transfer includes pets? – You can travel with your pets but they have to got proper place in their box.
- Payment methods
Who will charge me for transfer? – Payment for transfer depends on the method which you choose in booking form. Usual method is to pay 20% from your credit card and rest payment when transfer is over.
Can I pay for completely transfer with my credit card? – You can pay completely amount with your credit card at the day on booking. Sometimes, when the conditions for company are complex, you will have to pay for full amount in advance, but company will inform you about that.
Is my credit card safe? – Transfer.hr uses T-com PayWay system and your credit card is completely safe with us. All amounts can be returned to customer if exists valid reason. All your personal details are high secured and it will be used only for transfer reservation.
Is booking without credit card possible? – Use transfer without credit card is possible, but you have to be available on the day on your mobile phone or e-mail.
What price includes? – When you book one way transfer that includes transfer from starting location to destination. Transfer with return includes also returning to the starting location at agreed time and date.
Which type of vehicle I reserve? – We organize vehicle that is proper for you and your luggage. For transfer from 1-3 persons usually is organized sedan or station wagon, for 4-8 persons passenger minivan, for 8-16 persons minibus (or two minivans) etc. All our vehicles are air conditioned and newly date of produce. If your vehicle for transfer is bigger that you order, it will be free of charge.
Does drivers and vehicles have proper license? – All drivers have proper education throw high school for driver of motor vehicles and vehicles have license for passenger transport issued from Republic of Croatia.
If I need confirmation for payment, who I have to contact? – For all questions and requests please contact our reservation center throw e-mail or contact form.
Are tips are included in the price? – Tips are not included in the price and totally depends on you.
- Change or cancel reservation
Can I cancel my booking? – You can always cancel your reservation by contact Transfer.hr. Before you cancel reservation please read terms and conditions.
I have to change my reservation, what I have to do? – Just contact us via e-mail, phone or contact form and we will consider your request and try to find proper solution.
